| Megans Palm Beach Villa is conveniently located in the popular Palm Beach area of Rockingham, and has been designed to give you a home away from home feeling. The villa has aircond. conditioning in all rooms and is modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated with Honey Baltic pine and Malaysian wood furniture. The floors have been laid with beautiful natural African slate tiles.
The villa is delightfully situated only two minutes walk from award winning swimming beaches, and three minutes walk to Lake Richmond and the Rockingham Regional Environment Centre. There is a grocery store and bottle shop within 200 yards and Rockinghams larger shops and restaurants are within 10 minutes walk.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is semi en suite. There are a further 2 single bedrooms both fitted with a quality pine bed. The villa is designed to sleep up to 4 people but there is a sofa bed in the family room suitable for short stays.
Megans Villa has a comfortable lounge area and the spacious family room is open plan to both the dining area and modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave etc. The family room also opens to the villas private courtyard.
The bathroom has both a bath and shower and the WC is located next to the bathroom. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and large sink.
There is a colour T.V, video, and modern stereo to enjoy and the phone in the villa is free to use for local calls.
Megans Villa also has private covered parking next to the courtyard.

Directions: From Perth exit the freeway at Thomas Road and follow the signs to Rockingham.
The entry road into Rockingham is Patterson Road, when approaching the traffic lights turn right into Flinders Lane, then right into Kent Street where the visitor centre is located at 43. |
