Front lounge with 2 lounges and TV, perfect reading room or watching the news on TV, or just getting space. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with attached ensuite. Bedroom number 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. The second bathroom has a two man spa in it with a shower. The second toilet has a shower in it to clean off the beach sand after a day at the beach, the laundry has a large washing machine. The main attraction is the 60 square metre family room, attached to the open space kitchen, large dining room table and corner bar. The fully contained kitchen also has a dishwasher, the lounge area has 3 lounges, TV with a DVD player and VCR. There is a gas heater for those cool nights and reverse cycle air conditioning for those warm days it also includes heating. Double door allows access to the rear veranndah with chairs and BBQ with parrallel parking is on the front lawn.
